In Western Nepal, at least 16 people have been killed and more than 20 injured in a passenger bus accident near the Achham-Doti region in the wee hours of this morning. AIR Kathmandu correspondent reports, the bus heading for Achham from Dhangadhi , Kailali met with an accident at around 3.00 am. Police said, the bus skidded around 300 metres off the road. Nine of the injured are undergoing treatment at Doti District Hospital while other victims are taken to Dhangadi for the further treatment. Rescue work is still on.
