At least 14 suspected insurgents were killed and 21 arrested in a joint operation by police, Afghan Army and NATO troops across Afghanistan in past 24 hours. A press release issued by the Afghan Interior Ministry in Kabul today says the operations were launched in Kabul, Nangarhar, Kunduz, Kandahar, Helmand, Kunar, Baghlan and Khost provinces.
