The CBI today handed over summons to Kadapa Lok Sabha member Jagnamohan Reddy to be present before the CBI Special Court on 28th of this month in connection with the illegal assets case. A team of CBI officials personally served the summons this morning on Jagnmohan Reddy at Yemmiganur in Kurnool district, where he was electioneering for the by-elections to be held next month. The Principal Special Judge of CBI cases has issued summons a few days ago asking him to attend before the court at 10.30 hrs on 28th of this month either in-person or through his advocate. Besides, 12 others including organizations, who were facing charges in the illegal assets case have been asked to be present before the court in this regard.
