He claimed that he have ten numbers of four wheelers which include trucks and a Mercedes Benz car. His wife claimed having movable assets worth Rupees 5.70 crore which include a Rolex wrist watch which cost Rupees 10.80 lakh.<br />''<br />''The present Chief Minister of Manipur N. Biren Singh claimed in his affidavit that he has movable and immovable assets worth Rupees 1.08 crore. His affidavit said that he owns only one Mahindra Bolero which is a 2006 model and his wife has a combined asset of Rupees thirty nine lakh. While former three time Chief Minister and Congress leader Okram Ibobi claimed that he has movable and immovable assets worth Rupees 1.88 crore. The value of assets owned by his wife and former MLA- Okram Landhony is Rupees 1.06 crore.<br />''<br />''Shri Sapam Nishikanta is a renowned business man in Manipur and joined BJP in 2019 at New Delhi in presence of late Union Finance minister and BJP leader Arun Jaitley.  He was the one of the contenders of BJP ticket for the upcoming polls in Manipur. But the BJP ticket went to another candidate and he decided to fight the election as an Independent candidate. He often claimed in the media that his incomes came from his business and he is the highest tax payer to the government from Manipur. He also announced that he will not indulge in any kind of malpractice and corruption if chosen as an elected member in the upcoming polls in Manipur. He said that he jumped to the politics of Manipur to reform the corruption practice in government and development of Manipur.</span><br />
