<span style="color: #222222;">Punjab Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Dr S Karuna Raju today issued Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the last 72 hours before the Polling Day in the state.<br />''<br />''Divulging details, Dr Raju said that instructions have been issued to all the District Election Officers-cum-Deputy Commissioners that they should make necessary arrangements for third randomisation of polling personnel, Certificate of formation of polling party, accomodation and food for polling parties and deployment of micro-observers, Video Cameras, Still Cameras and  Webcasting at polling stations.<br />''<br />'' They have been asked  to ensure training to polling personnel, sector officers, EVM management, besides strengthening all Election Expenditure Monitoring teams like flying squad teams , static surveillance teams,video surveillance teams, video viewing team, Excise Monitoring Team , Media Certification and Monitoring Committee, Accounting Team and 24×7 district EEM Teams etc.<br />''<br />''Dr Raju said, they have also been asked to intensify monitoring and surveillance by the Flying Squads and Static Surveillance Teams (SSTs), Assistance from Booth Level awareness group, area of special focus for Expenditure Monitoring, Law & Order and Security Arrangements and Special efforts to curb misuse of money power.<br />''<br />''They have been asked to obtain a worry list of polling stations and locations from candidates and their agents, besides checking of inter-state and International Border and placement of Nakas and keeping vigil at Arms and Explosives", CEO added.</span><br />
