Star campaigners of various political parties have been attending rallies across the districts while new candidates are emphasizing on establishing public relation. Star campaigners for BJP, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are holding meetings in the state today.<br />'' <br />'' Senior BJP leader, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a public meeting at Tilabedya ground in Bankura this afternoon. All candidates of BJP from the district are expected to be present at the PM's rally today. 12 assembly constituencies of Bankura will be going for polls in first two phases.<br />'' <br />'' Addressing a public meeting at Egra in East Medinipur, Amit Shah has said that the people of Bengal have to take the call whether they want to see the 'Nephew' become the next Chief Minister of the state or witness Bengal transform into 'Sonar Bangla'. He said that the people of the district have gathered with a resolve to uproot the corrupt TMC government. Mr Shah also criticized the earlier Left Front government of Bengal.<br />'' <br />'' Veteran TMC MP Sisir Adhikari who is the father of BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari, was present at the rally. Later in the evening, Amit Shah will be releasing BJP's manifesto at Kolkata.<br />'' <br />'' TMC chief, Chief Minister of the state Mamata Banerjee is also holding three rallies at Purba Medinipur district today. At South Kanthi constituency, she criticized the Adhikari family again without naming them.<br />'' <br />'' On the other hand, president of the state Congress Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury has attended a public in Kharagpur while their alliance partner CPIM leader and Left Front chairman Biman Basu and ISF leader Abbas Siddiqui will be addressing a meeting at South 24 Parganas.</span><br />''
