The Election Commission has announced the date for bye-election in Valpoi Assembly Constituency in Goa. While polling will take place on the 18th of next month, counting of votes is scheduled for 21st. Our Panaji correspondent reports thta notification in this regard will be issued tomorrow. The Election Commission has decided to use Electronic Voting Machine at all polling booths.
