In Assam, flash flood inundated over 120 villages in Dhemaji district. The surging water washed away a huge portion of 52 number National Highway at Bhebeli area this evening .As a result surface communication to Dhemaji with rest of the state has been disrupted. Road communication between Assam and three districts of Arunachal Pradesh, namely, East, West and Upper Siang has also been affected. Relief materials are being given to the affected people by the district administration.
