In Assam, two militants of newly formed outfit United Liberation of Bodoland, ULB were killed in an encounter with the Assam Police team in Kokrajhar district. Special Director General of Police L. R. Bishnoi said that the incident took place at Ultapani area in the wee hours today. He said that acting on a tip off Police launched the trap and two militants were killed following exchange of fire. They were identified as Janak Brahma and Zwinsawr Brahma who were involved in numerous extortion cases.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #000000;">Mr. Bishnoi said that police busted a makeshift camp as well as recovered arms and ammunitions. He said that a few militants of the new outfit recently made appearance through a video message threatening to carry out anti-social activities.</span><br />
