In Assam, 2 persons have been tested positive today at Morigaon district. In a tweet, state Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that both of them are secondary contacts of Nizamuddin Markaz attendees. With this, the  number of positive cases stands at 34 while 5 cured persons have been discharged  from hospitals. Meanwhile, Chief Minister today visited Biswanath, Majuli and Dhemaji districts to assess the situation. Holding a review meeting at Biswanath, Mr. Sonowal instructed the administration to set up monitoring units to keep an eye on the health and social distancing issues of tea workers. He also instructed concerned authorities to do regular health check up of those students and workers who have come from other states.<br />
