<span style="color: #222222;">In Assam, the Transport department has asked the All Assam Motor Transport Association to call off their indefinite strike which is slated to begin tomorrow. The Association has called for an indefinite strike demanding a fare hike. The Secretary of the Transport department in a letter informed the Association that Transport Minister Chandra Mohan Patowary will hold a meeting with them on Tuesday to discuss their demands.</span><br />
