In Assam, six persons including a policeman died in a road mishap at Punia in Darrang doday. Five of them died on the spot while another died on the way to hospital.The incident occurred when a Maruti van collided head-on with a passenger bus coming from the opposite direction on the NH-52.All the victims were travelling on the Maruti van from Barpeta to Dalgaon.
