In Assam, Union Tourism Minister Subodh Kant Sahay and Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today launched the biggest river cruise of the country, M V Mahabahu, at Guwahati. It will sail along the Brahmaputra River from Guwahati to Nimati in Jorhat district in a period of seven days.

Earlier, talking to newsmen in Guwahati, Mr.Sahay said that the Tourism Ministry would provide all help to the North-eastern states for the development of tourism sector in the region.
