In Assam, Guwahati Police have recovered a huge cache of explosives at Guwahati this morning. Police Commissioner Harmit Singh said that 13 bags of explosive substance have been recovered from a vehicle at Garchuk Chariali. Mr. Singh said that the recovered items consist of four thousand 660 gelatin sticks and two thousand 300 detonators.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #000000;">Police arrested the driver of the vehicle along with another person.
