Assam Handloom and Textiles Minister Ranjeet Dutta inaugurated the Silk Mark Expo being organized by Silk Mark Organization of India in Guwahati today. Speaking on the occasion the minister said that several measures are being taken by the state government to promote Eri and Muga silk. <br />''<br />''<br />''He said that Chief Minister Sarbanand Sonowal will inaugurate Yarn bank on the 15th of September which will benefit 5000 weavers.
