<span style="color: #222222;">With the help of NITI AAYOG, Assam government is trying to explore permanent solution for flood problem in state. Chief Minister Sarbanad Sonowal told reporters in Silchar today that necessary steps are being taken in this direction.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports that  after taking aerial survey in and visiting relief camps in flood affected areas of Barak Valley, Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal said that all district administrations in state have been directed to review the situation minutely and submit detailed report. Complete report will be sent to NITI AAYOG, that has proposed to form North East Water management Authority to explore permanent solutions.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The CM assured that there is no shortage of funds for immediate relief and relief material is being distributed smoothly. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He also emphasized on the post flood outbreaks of various infectious disease and instructed the health officials to conduct medical camps on regular basis. He also said that 32 Highlands have been created in Kaziranga to shelter animals where almost 90 percent area was affected by flood.</span>
