He said that the persons availing state transport services will get their tickets over phone and limited taxi service and state transport city bus service will be allowed in Guwahati for helping the people to reach their designated pick-up points. The Minister said that if required, buses will be ply for additional day to clear the passengers. However no people staying at Red Zone districts are allowed to travel .</span><br />
