<span style="color: #222222;">Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal has clarified that the state government is not in favour of declaring lockdown in the state. He however urged all to follow COVID protocols. Talking to newspersons at Jorhat on Friday evening, Mr. Sonowal appealed to citizens to follow all guidelines so that the situation to declare lockdown doesn't arise in Assam.</span><br />
