<span style="color: #222222;">The Assam government is taking steps to implement the Arunodoi scheme from 2nd of October this year.  <br />'' <br />'' Replying to a question in the state assembly today, Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that 830 rupees will be given per month to beneficiary families under the scheme.<br />'' <br />'' He said that widows, unmarried women, divyang and divorced women get priority in beneficiary selection.  He said that 17 thousand beneficiaries to be covered per assembly constituency where population is between 1.5 to 2 lakh. 15 thousand beneficiaries to get help in constituencies where population is below 1.5 lakh.</span><br />
