The Assam Government has declared a three-day State Mourning from today in view of the tragic death of the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Dorjee Khandu in a helicopter crash. The National Flag will be half-mast in all the Government offices and no Government-sponsored entertainment programme will be organised in the State during the period.
