The Assam Government has appealed United Liberation Front of Assam Chief Paresh Baruah to come forward for the peace process.<br />''<br />'' Talking to news persons in Guwahati, Assam Finance Minister and Convenor of North-East Democratic Alliance Himanta Biswa Sarma said that the Centre and the State Government would reciprocate if he comes for dialogue. He also appealed militant group of Manipur to come for talks.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">On the other hand, the Minister said that not a single non- Bodo village would be included in the proposed Satellite Council that to be formed outside the Bodoland Territorial Council area. He said that yesterday's tripartite treaty would bring permanent peace in the Bodoland area. Mr. Sarma said, the treaty would be the final and comprehensive solution to the demands of the Bodo people as well as keeping intact the territorial integrity of Assam. He further said that the cadres of all the four factions of the National Democratic Front of Bodoland would lay down their arms on 30th of this month before Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal.</span><br />
