<span style="color: #222222;">The Assam government has issued new guidelines for Unlock 3 including allowing public transport with 50 percent capacity. An order issued by Chief Secretary Kumar Sanjay Krishna said that public transport and city buses  are allowed subject to maintenance of Covid 19 protocols and social distancing with 50 percent capacity.<br />''<br />'' The order also said that inter district movement of people and passenger vehicles are allowed between Monday and Friday. Movement of individuals shall remain strictly prohibited from 9.30 pm to 5 am. The new order will come into force at 5 am on 16th of this month and remain valid till 31st of this month.</span><br />
