<span style="color: #222222;">Assam&nbsp;Fishery department has taken various steps to boost the economy of the state in the line of Aatma Nirbhar Bharat.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Talking to AIR,&nbsp; Fishery Minister Parimal Suklabaidya said, ample opportunities are being created for the youths in Fishery sector.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that 10 thousand ponds have been constructed in the state under Ghare Ghare Pukhuri, Ghare Ghare Maas schemes,- means fishery at every home and fish at every home.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Suklabaidya said that under the scheme, 3.35 lakh MT fish produced in the state.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that Rs. 1000 crore proposal has been sent to the Centre under Pradhan Mantri Matysa Sampada yojna.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Assam has produced and sold Rs. 180 crore fish during lockdown period.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
