In Assam, curfew was been relaxed for three hours from 3 pm on Sunday at Amguri and Bijni police station area in Chirang district. Curfew was imposed last evening following killing of a girl at Amguri area. I G Police, L R Bishnoi said that one more person was arrested on Sunday taking the number of persons arrested to five. Bishnoi said that though no fresh incident of violence has been reported today, police recovered a body at Ranipur under Bengtol outpost in Chirang district. Miscreants are suspected to have killed him on Saturday. Meanwhile, several organizations have staged protests at Kajalgaon demanding stern action against the culprits. The army has been deployed at sensitive areas.
