<span style="color: black;">The 74th Independence Day is being celebrated across Assam with high spirit and enthusiasm. COVID-19 guidelines are strictly followed while celebrating the day. Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal unfurled the national flag at Judges' Field in Guwahati. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: black;">On this occasion,  the Chief Minister announced a slew of measures for the benefit of the farmers. He declared to set up rice clusters at Dhemaji and Baksa districts. Reiterating his commitment to fulfill the clause of the Assam Accord,  Mr. Sonowal said that all the clauses of the Accord to be fulfilled in letter and spirit. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: black;">The Chief Minister said that his government is relentlessly working for the benefit of all the sections of people. He emphasized to take all steps to make the State Atma Nirbhar. All the Ministers of the State hoisted the tricolor at various districts.</span><br />
