In Assam, election campaigns for the first phase of Bodoland Territorial Council polls will come to a close tomorrow. Polling in the first phase will be held on 7th of this month in 21 seats of Baksa and Udalguri districts. The second phase of polls will take place on 10th of December at Chirang and Kokrajhar districts in 19 seats. All the senior political leaders of the state are trying to woo the voters.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''A total of 24 lakh voters will decide the political fate of 241 candidates in 40 seats in Bodoland Territorial Council election.&nbsp; The BJP, Bodoland People's Front ( BPF), Congress , AIUDF , UPPL and Independent candidates are in the fray .&nbsp;<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Sarbananda Sonowal today held 2 rallies at Gobordhana and Udalguri and urged people to vote for the BJP for the development of the BTC area. State BJP President Ranjit Kumar Dass, senior Minister and Convener of NEDA Himanta Biswa Sarmna, minister Bhabesh Kalita and party's national General Secretary Dilip Saikia are also holding rallies.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">On the other hand, Bodoland People's Front, who is fighting against its alliance partner BJP, is also holding several rallies today.
