The month-long Budget Session of the Assam Legislative Assembly will begin at Dispur tomorrow with the address by the Governor Janaki Ballav Pattanaik. <br/><br/>The House will meet for altogether 19 days during the Session. <br/><br/>The Chief Minister Mr. Tarun Gogoi, who is also holding the Finance portfolio, will present the State Budget for the year 2010-11 in the Assembly on 15th of this month and it is likely to be passed by the House on 29th March. <br/><br/>AIR Guwahati Correspondent Ramani Kanta Sharma reports that the House is expected to begin with a stormy note following latest revelation by the National Investigative Agency (NIA) on misuse of Central funds meant for development of the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council and alleged involvement of some public leaders in siphoning around one thousand crore rupees. The issue of holding peace talks with the banned ULFA and up gradation of National Register of Citizens besides alleged corruption in several State Government Departments may prominently figure in the Assembly .<br/>
