In Assam, normal life has been paralysed in the Nalbari district of Lower Assam by a dawn to dusk bandh call given by All Assam Students Union. The bandh call has been given in protest against Sunday's twin blasts, killing seven people and injuring 53. Vehicles are off the roads including on National Highway-31 and government offices, business establishments, financial and educational institutions are closed.<br/> <br/>AIR Nalbari correspondent reports security personnel have launched massive combing operation to nab the militants of ULFA outfit which triggered the blasts. The state government has declared an ex-gratia of five lakh rupees to the next kins of those killed in the blasts, fifty thousand to the seriously injured and ten thousand for those who sustained minor injuries.<br/><br/> <br/>
