In Assam, senior Congress MLA Bhimananda Tanti has been elected the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly on the concluding day of the session. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mr. Nilamani Sen Deka placed the CAG report of Assam Government on Revenue Receipts for the year ended 31st March, 2010.
