<span style="color: #222222;">Thousands of artists started playing with brush and paint in an effort to create world record for largest Rangoli on theme of voter awareness this morning in Borkhola constituency area of Cachar District of Assam. DC Cachar, Smt Keerti Jalli, inaugurated the event that is aimed to draw 08 km long Rangoli. The Rangoli is expected to complete within daytime. As of now the record for the largest rangoli for voter awareness programme is in the name of District Administration, Krishna District in Andhra Pradesh.</span>
