In Assam, all arrangements have been completed for the second and concluding phase of polling in the state tomorrow. In this phase polling will be held in 64 constituencies spreading over 14 districts in lower Assam area including Bodo belt of the state. Polling parties are reaching their polling stations. Over twelve thousand polling stations have been made for the polls. Chief Electoral Officer Hemanta Narzary told that the election commission cannot be complacent under any circumstances during the concluding phase of elections in the state. AIR correspondent reports that the Election Commission is more concerned about polls in Bodoland Territorial Areas Districts on the border of with Bhutan.
