<span style="color: #222222;">In Assam, 12 militants of newly formed outfit United Liberation of Bodoland, ULB laid down arms today at Udalguri district.  Among them, 6 are from Kokrajhar district, 3 are from Chirang , 2 militants belong to Udalguri while 1 is from Chirang. All of them have been sent to Guwahati in tight security.</span><br />
