Asian Stocks today ended mixed. Japan's Nikkei-225 climbed one percent, South Korea's Kospi rose 0.2 percent while China's Shanghai Composite index appreciated 0.3 percent. On the other hand, Hong Kong's Hang Seng declined by one percent while Singapore's Straits Times index fell 0.4 percent.

 European Markets were also trading in mixed and in a narrow range. London's FTSE-100 added 0.4 percent. However, France's CAC-40 and Germany's DAX were trading flat when reports last came in.
