In the Incheon Asian Games, Indian Archers missed out on Bronze in the Women's Recurve team event, this morning. In the Bronze medal match, the trio of Deepika Kumari, Bombayla Devi Laishram and Laxmirani Majhi lost to Japan, 4-5.In other results, Indian Women's Kabaddi team won it's preliminary group match against Bangladesh, 28-19. The Men's team will also take on Bangladesh, later in the day.In Canoe Sprint, Albert Raj finished third to qualify for the finals in the Men's Kayak Single (K1) 1000 metres.In Athletics, Kolothum Thodi Irfan finished fifth in Men's 20km Race Walk, while other Indian in the event, Ganapathi Krishnan was disqualified. Runners Poovamma Raju, Mandeep Kaur, Kunhu Mohammad and Arokia Rajiv, and Hammer Thrower Manju Bala will be seen in the Finals of their respective events, later in the day.In other events to follow, in Tennis, Yuki Bhambri will clash with Yoshihito Nishioka of Japan for a place in the Singles finals today. Sania Mirza, with Prarthana Thombare in Women's Doubles and Saketh Myneni in the Mixed Doubles, will figure in the semi-finals. The pairs of Yuki Bhambri and Divij Sharan, and Sanam Singh and Saketh will be seen in action in the Men's Doubles last-4.Pugilists MC Mary Kom, Laishram Sarita Devi and Pooja Rani will play their quarterfinal bouts, while Devendro Laishram will begin his campaign with a Round-of-16 match.In Wrestling, Yogeshwar Dutt, Satywart Kadian, Babita Kumari and Jyoti will play their last-8 matches.The Indian Women's Basketball team will take on Japan in the quarterfinals.China is currently at the top of the medals tally, with Korea second and Japan third. With 3 Gold, 4 Silver and 20 Bronze, India is 11th.
