Two of the better nations in the T20 history, Pakistan and Sri Lanka are playing out a dead rubber in Dhaka, Bangladesh today in the 10th match of the Asia Cup. Two years ago, both had contested the final of this tournament. Their routes to this match were similar enough. Both teams had more trouble defeating the UAE than expected. They were each floored by a clinical Bangladesh side and were comfortably beaten by India, despite a few heartening performances in these games. Pakistan won the toss, but elected to field. The finals of the tournament will be held on Sunday between India and Bangladesh.
