Asia Cup: India sets victory target of 305 runs for Sri Lanka

In their opening match of the Asia Cup cricket tournament at Mirpur in Dhaka today, India set a victory target of 305 runs for Sri Lanka. Put in to bat, the defending champions made 304 for three in the stipulated 50 overs. Opener Gautam Ghambir and Virat Kohli hit fine centuries. While Gambhir made 100, Kohli was out for 108. Opener Sachin Tendulkar fell cheaply for six runs.
