Minister of State for Planning and Science and Technology Ashwani Kumar today charged BJP with politicizing the coal block allocation issue. Addressing a press conference in Jaipur today Mr. Ashwani Kumar said that UPA Government has already ordered a CBI inquiry in some coal block allocation cases. He reiterated that illegal allocation of coal blocks will be cancelled but government has to follow legal procedure before taking any action. Rejecting the demand for PM's resignation over this issue he said that it is illogical and BJP is trying to create anarchy in the country. The Minister said that Government will present its comments in the Public Accounts Committee,PAC, on the report given by Comptroller and Auditor General, CAG, on coal block allotment. He said that UPA government is committed to eliminate corruption.
