Aam Aadmi Party Convener Arvind Kejriwal was today sworn in as the Chief Minister of Delhi at a function in Ramlila Maidan. Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung administered the oath of office and secrecy to Kejriwal.

Six MLAs, Manish Sisodia, Somnath Bharti, Saurabh Bhrdwaj, Rakhi Birla, Satyendra Kumar Jain and Girish Soni also took oath as Cabinet Ministers. The party having 28 MLAs is going to form the government with outside support of Congress, which has eight MLAs. AIR correspondent reports that Delhi Police had made elaborate security arrangement in and around the ground.
