In Arushi Talwar and Hemraj murder case, the Allahabad High court has issued notice to Arushi Talwar’s mother Nupur Talwar on a recall application filed by CBI. The Court has given two weeks time to Mrs. Talwar to file her reply.

On 13th March, the High court had ordered Mrs. Nupur Talwar to surrender before CBI-Ghaziabad court within thirty days and then file the bail application. The C.B.I has filed a recall application on the High Court’s order. The High Court Bench led by Justice B.K Narayan suspended its 13th March order and asked Nupur Talwar to reply.

Meanwhile, the Ghaziabad C.B.I court will hear the case on Wednesday.
