In Arunachal Pradesh, Chief Minister Jarbom Gamlin on Thursday announced that state government is going to raise Tirap-Changlang battalion exclusively for these two insurgency infested districts by the months of September-October. He was addressing his maiden Press conference after taking over the State’s reigns about three month back. He said that health, education and social sectors are the state government’s priority areas and his government is going to recruit more doctors, teachers and police personnel in the state.
