<br/>In Arunachal Pradesh, the State Legislative Assembly has passed the State Budget 2010-11 late last evening. The House passed the 131.16 crore deficit budget presented by Finance Minister Setong Sena by voice vote. The finance minister had introduced the budget document with estimated receipt of 5,103.85 crore and an estimated expenditure of 5,235.01 crore on March 20.
