Arunachal Pradesh: Night curfew to be imposed in Itanagar from May 1

In Arunachal Pradesh, the Itanagar Capital Complex District administration has imposed night curfew in the city from May 1st due to the surge in COVID-19 cases. The night curfew will stay effective from evening 9pm to morning 5am. <br />''<br />''The capital city accounts for the highest number of COVID cases in the state with 290 active cases, followed by Lower Dibang Valley District with 286. Complete lockdown has already been imposed in Lower Dibang Valley for 10 days from April 29th.<br />'' <br />''Arunachal Pradesh recorded 194 COVID cases on Thursday, taking the total number of confirmed cases to 18,256. On the other hand, 47 COVID-19 recovered patients were discharged on the day. With this, the total number of recovered cases in the state at present is 17, 085.
