<span style="color: #222222;">After the countrywide Lockdown was declared in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, in Arunachal Pradesh, there has been reports of shopkeepers charging exorbitant prices for various essential commodities in the capital city Itanagar. In order to curb the problem, Capital District Administration has come up with an idea of receiving complaints on its Facebook page. Our Itanagar Correspondent reports that "Itanagar Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner Komkar Dolom has informed that people can directly file complaints regarding shopkeepers charging exorbitant price of essential and non-essential items by sending video of the same to the District Administration Facebook Page. He said, the identity of the complainant would be kept confidential. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Administration has also made functional a helpline for students from various districts who are stranded in the capital city Itanagar. Meanwhile, till last evening 343 samples have been collected so far for COVID-19 laboratory testing in Arunachal Pradesh, out of which only one has tested positive. In a statement, the State Health Department said that the third and 4th tests of the 31-year old patient have turned negative.</span><br />''  <br />
