<span style="color: #222222;">With the rest of the nation, Arunachal Pradesh led by Governor Lt Gen KT Parnaik (retd) also joined virtually the launching of the 'Viksit Bharat 2047: Voice of Youth' initiative by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Raj Bhawan Itanagar today. A panel discussion on the topic 'Empowered Indian' was held on the occasion, wherein various aspects and parameters in achieving the status of a developed nation were discussed by experts from different fields.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Later addressing the participants on the occasion Governor Lt Gen.
