Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today called on Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and discussed the implementation of border roads projects in the hill state, which shares border with China. <br/><br/>Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju, who is also a Member of Parliament from Arunachal Pradesh, was also present in the meeting.<br/><br/>Official sources said the implementation of various roads projects in the state by the Border Roads Organization, a Defence Ministry entity, was discussed in the meeting. <br/><br/>Earlier, Khandu also called on Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu and Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan separately.<br/><br/>
