<span style="color: #222222;">Arunachal Pradesh is celebrating its 35th Statehood day today. The state became a full-fledged State on February 20, 1987. Wide range of programme was organized across the state to celebrate the day.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports, the main state celebration was held at IG Park in Itanagar. Addressing the gathering on the occasion Chief Minister Pema Khandu said that Arunachal has more potentials than challenges. He said Connectivity was one of the main challenges in the state but now things are changing. He said after becoming the prime minister when Mr. Narendra Modi came to Arunachal in 2015, he brought train connectivity along with him.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Chief Minister said that Arunachal has huge potential of Hydro-electricity. He informed that the 600 MW Kameng Hydro Electric Project is completed and will be soon inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He advocated that if development comes without affecting or disturbing the indigenous people, such development should be welcomed. He said in the coming days the state will explore the potential of hydro power in the state and will convert it into revenue.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On the occasion, Governor Brig. (Rtd) Dr. BD Mishra flagged of 20 emergency Ambulances for various districts and also released a book on Nyishi Fables and Flok tales titled "Dojang Napong".</span><br />''
