Arunachal Pradesh Budget for 2012-13 shows a deficit of 89 crore rupees. Presenting the first Budget of the new government in the Assembly today , Finance Minister Chowna Mein said it will enable to develop Arunachal into a model state with high growth rate. He said the budget has identified thrust areas in consonance with the 12th Five Year Plan which aims at faster, sustainable and more inclusive growth. The Budget estimates showed a total expenditure of 6615 crore rupees with a total receipt of Rs 6525 crores. The fiscal deficit is kept at 89 crores.
