In Arunachal Pradesh, State’s Education Minister Bosiram Siram said that water level in Siang River has slightly increased this year as compared to that of previous years. Minister along with some officials visited Raneghat and Komlighat, ground duty stations of Water Resource Department and office of Central Water Commission in East Siang district yesterday in order to personally know the water flow of Siang River. After the inspection, he told that water level in the river was normal and there was no reason to panic.
