The Pawan Hans helicopter carrying Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu and four others continues to remain untraced. The Helicopter went missing 20 minutes after it took off from Tawang Helipad for Itanagar yesterday morning. Rescue operations carried out so far have not yielded any result. Union Home Secretary G.K Pillai said Indian satellite made two passes over the probable area from where the Helicopter went missing but could not pick up any signal. He said the helicopter carries a location transponder that can communicate at 406 MHz frequency, in the event of an emergency. Rescue operations resumed this morning.
