In Arunachal Pradesh, 11 Cabinet ministers were today sworn in into the Dorjee Khandu government. Governor Retiredd General J.J Singh administered the oath of office and secrecy to the ministers during a grand function held at the Durbar Hall of the Raj Bhawan this afternoon. Seven ministers in the last cabinet were retained while four new faces made their way into the new Congress government. Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu told mediapersons after the swearing in that allotment of portfolios will take place either on November 5 or 6 in view of the assembly session starting tomorrow. He said AICC president Sonia Gandhi will make a final decision on the appointment of the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the 5th Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. AIR correspondent Soni Kumar reports from Itanagar that<br/> Seven ministers in the previous government including former PWD Minister Nabam Tuki, former Finance Minister Kalikho Pul and former Home Minister Jarbom Gamlin have been sworn in today. The four new faces inducted into the Cabinet include former Speaker Setong Sena, former Deputy Speaker Takar Marde, Pasighat East MLA Bosiram Siram and Pongchau-Wakka MLA Honchun Ngandam. CC Singpho and Newlai Tingkhatra who were ministers in the last cabinet have been left out this time. Two ministers have been defeated in the assembly elections held on October 13 last.
